Orientation & Pre-Move Analysis
Our Orientation and Pre-Move Analysis is designed to provide our prospecting client and to his/her family, an introduction and explanation of what they can expect from their new country.
The Pre-Move Analysis will begin as from the initial contact made with the client whereby our Move Coordinator will gather as much as information from him/her. Our team will provide the client with an Information and Service Data sheet, whereby the client will have to specify all the required services at destination as well as the specific needs in terms of home finding, school searching, and moving arrangements at destination.
Through the Pre-Move Analysis, our team will establish the client and his family’s requirements and address any queries, and manage any unrealistic expectations. Our Move Coordinator will provide assistance through telephone support and emails throughout the process to ensure all the queries of the client is attended to before he/she moves.
The Orientation process will help the client to have a comprehensive understanding of what to expect in his/her adoptive country. If a client and family know what to expect from their country, they will be able to make better, more informed decisions about where to live, how to educate their children and even whether to move at all. This process reduces the likelihood that the relocation process will fail due to the unhappiness of the client and family.
The Orientation Report will provide to the client information on the country in general, housing, real estate opportunities, schooling options, key amenities, shopping and recreation facilities, medical and banking facilities, the transportation system, typical living conditions and any special security concerns. A trip can also be packaged alongside a home find tour in Mauritius to help the client decide where to live and have an insight of the lifestyle, therefore making the decision process more factual.
